Gear lever position

My 110 TD5 came back from having a new clutch fitted with the gear lever in a different position.
It feels like it's about 2" further over to the left.
Looking at the gear lever from centrally between the seats with the vehicle in neutral, where should the gear knob be? Mine's level with the transfer lever but the missus's 90 TD5 gear lever is to the right of the transfer lever.

Pull the gaiter up, undo the nut, pull the stick up and adjust it where ever you like!

Ive move mine so it sits slightly closer and faces me more.

The bar stewards have swopped your right hand drive gearbox for the cheaper left hand drive gearbox

lol thanks for the advice....l kept missing the lever with my hand!
Took off the gaiter and moved the lever one spline counter clockwise, now it's as before.
