Gear box identification number / serial number location

Hi, I want to find out what gearbox I have. My defender is made from all sorts of bits from defenders, rangies, and discos and I just want to check that they put the correct gearbox in.

Can someone describe where the serial I'd located on the box, I xarnt seem to find it.

Mines written onto the back of a kit-kat wrapper in the cubby-box.
