Hey folks.

I'd like to replace my rear tub cappings with the galvanised ones, any idea where the best place to buy them for my 90 truck cab will be AND how easy are they to replace?

I replaced my 'body cappings' (try searching that for galvanized ones) last year. Easy enough job, mine was not a truck cab. If you look on my profile at minor restoration a few pics and tips. Cab off job... may be worth getting new seals and some dum dum. Drill out the old rivets and unbolt them. If the rear corner bolts are poor then replace them but make a note of how they go back together.... take pics and bag/lable everything. When you put the new cappings on dont expect them to line up with the old rivet holes... clamp them if you can and drill from the inside out. Use the correct 'blind' rivets or you will have little hole that can let water in. You will need to fill the old rivet holes and touch up. Took me 5hrs and I had never done it before. You can add a bead of Tiger seal or similar on your seals when putting the cab back on.

This is what you need....http://www.lrseries.com/shop/product/listing/9573/2918/5/AMN711210-REAR-BODY-CAPPING-LH.html shop around for best price

I did mine 2 weeks ago, swapped mine with some galv ones from a mate's C-reg 90 took us a day purely because we had to remove both sets, all my roll bar set-up etc and mine had been tigersealed on. It took a highlift under the capping then a mate jumping on the wheelbox to remove them but thats probably not a best nor safest way. The advantage of old 90 ones as opposed to new ones is that the holes in the corners have 4inch tubes underneath so are better to support a soft top if you decide to go down that route.
