fuel pump & boost pressure

Is it posible to turn up your fuel pump and boost pressure??

The reason i ask is that i have been looking at uprated intercoolers and if you fit one you need to alter the fueling.

Is it an easy job for a novice like me to do or am i better off paying more for someone else to do it??

its not hard to adjust yer fuel pump but the main problem is that the ammount of **** it throws out the exhaust is enough to get a pull from the local bizzies

As she runs now she doesnt smoke at all.Even at night if you give her a lot of right foot away from the lights you cant see any haze.My mondeo on the other hand leaves a lot of haze especially at night so im wondering if perhaps the landy is running slightly lean??

Is it worth tinkering with the fuel do you think or should i leave it well alone?

Also how much diference to power and consumption does it make??
