Fuel Pump 2.5 turbo TD5 diesel

I live in Oman and drive a 2001 model TD5 defender 90 diesel. Two years ago during a hot summer (45 deg Centigrade) the engine cutt off while driving. After investigating, it was found out that the pump fuel fuse blows off (fuse box located under the front passenger seat). I replaced the fuse, but after some time the fuse blows off again. Here there is no problem with diesel quality. The problem occurs in the summer. I was advised to replace the fuel pump. Appreciate advise from owners facing similar problem.
