Frozen satnav screen on RR Sport

I own a 2013 Range Rover Sport (L494). For the last two weeks, my satnav screen has been locked in "system initialising, please wait". All other touch screen functions are working.

When I enquired of my dealership, they asked me to book in for a diagnostics test, which will cost £150! This feels like a 2 minute reset, but anyone got any ideas?

Yes, go to the dealer and have it updated and reset.

Probably never even checked the oil
