as title are they all interchangeable?

I have a diesel manual.
Will petrol or auto ones fit?

Someone suggested d2 td5 prop is that possible?

According to Land Rover
Diesel auto has its own front prop
Same part numbers listed for v8 autos and diesel manuals.

There's a 4.0 and a 4.6 auto I can get my hands on a prop for nothing il just grab both and update when I come to fit it.

My front prop tings when I pull away with any steering applied,

Check operation the VCU then.....before it eats itself and/or the replacement/current prop

Vcu turns stiffly with a big bar Iv just done the front output shaft bearing and seal. That's when I noticed the play in it.

It dosent scuff on full lock and after being in mud she does spin front and rear.

I can change the cv joints at the workshop but can't get a motor inside or block the public access lane.

So my plan was get another prop do the cv joints at the workshop and then do my prop at home.

You can probably get away with just one prop if you go easy and don't go far?

I think the v8 prop will fit I have replaced my HP22 box with a HP24 in my diesel and didnt have to change proshafs as there is a spacer in the 22 box that makes it the same length as the 24 box.
