So I have just had the front axle oil seal replaced along with the hub. Oil is still leaking from the hub and I am wondering if I sat the seal down far enough. When the oil was checked, it was too high, possibly as water may have got in (more like emulsified oil). Could the oil level being higher than the recommended level cause the leak or is it a hub off situation.
I know there is an issue with genuine hub seals but I am hopinh i may just be a too much oil issue instead.
