Freelander revers sensors

hi I am having a problem with revers sensors I go into revers and get a bleep that lasts about 30 sec the revers lights are both on having listened for clicking from sensors but nothing they have been working ok but they just stopped working any ideas would be great help don,t want to remove bumper only if I really have too. The vehicle is a Freelander 1
