After replacing these twice in less than 18 months this appears to be a regular thing. Anyone else had this problem

you can only get oem ap ones so dont start the britpart debate please...

the clutch release arm is prone to seizing and being very tight in pg1 gearboxes

this could be an attributing factor

also if the slave cylinder bracket is bent the piston will be popping out.
