Freelander 2008 where to run wiring from engine bay to cab

I need to attach some flashing amber LED lights to the grill of my Freelander 2. It’s a 2008 model. I’ve had a quick look but it doesn’t seem too easy with where airbags are located. I literally need to run one wire through as I can connect to the control box in either the cab or the engine afterwards. It’s a work vehicle so I’m having to be a bit careful with what I do to in terms of breaking anything trying to drill holes. Any help would be appreciated
