Hello,
I have a HSE freelander 2 so it has the 14 speaker 7.1 system as standard. I wanted to know if fitting an aftermarket stereo would be beneficial to the sound in the car as I'm not overly impressed with the stock . Will I loose any features on the car by doing so? Anyone done it and noticed the difference? I already have a pioneer headunit from a previous car so it would only be leads and facia needed.

Cheers

Mac

Ahhhhhhh okay thanks mate. What's the best way to search for stuff on here? Fairly new and sometimes when I try the search bar it doesn't always throw up what I was looking for?

The search is a bit strange tbh. I don't use it as I'm on here most days and have a good memory. Read the thread I linked and you'll know as much as me about the FL2 stereo. ;)

I've skimmed over it think I'll stick with the stock had it only have been the parking sensors which are dodgy when wet I might have gone through with it and got a reversing camera .Do you by chance know if a facelift heated steering wheel could be retro fitted or is it a similar result?

I'm not sure about the wheel to be honest. I would think it would fit. I know the Discovery 4 heated wheel fits the Discovery 3 with minimal problems. You'll need the correct clock spring to give the power to the wheel though. ;)
