Hi I have been working on the gearbox and the centre of the clutch plate had ripped out there seemed no reason was thinking of changing to a solid flywheel but took the advice from Hippo and stuck with the dual mass flywheel all is well with it now thank you all for your help and know if I have a problem great you are a helpful knowledgeable group

When you say Freelander 2 do you mean a TD4 2.2 diesel or the facelift Freelander 1 ? it would be great if everyone on the forum would put there engine type and model ie Auto or manual under there forum name, wouldn't life be so much easier on here? it should be made mandatory when you join in my opinion.

Hi Paul.
Yes you can manually search through peoples profiles, but how many do, and how easier it is just to add your car under your signature as i have.

That's all very well, unless, like some peeps, your signature contains massive great photos of your pride and joy.

Signatures don't display when yer using a mobile phone to look at the forum. Well mine doesn't.
