Freelander 1999 rattle at low speeds

Hi
I have just purchased a freelander v reg it is really good but has a rattle at low speed. It seems to come from the off side rear brake drum as though something is loose.
If you drive along the road at speed it is fine it is just when going slowly
I know i am asking alot but is this a common problem
I am going to take brake drum off and have a look as it seems to come from that place.

I had the same and it was the brake shoe to backplate retaining pin had sheared, ballowing the shoe to come away from the backplate and lean outboard to touch the drum. Only semed to make a noise at low speed.
Whip the drum off and have a look as speculation is no replacement for inspection!
