A few weeks ago we changed the glow plugs in my 2006 hse td4 auto and would you believe it 1 of them broke and it let the end bit in and I have a few friends who are mechanics and they all said leave it in and it will be ok today I needed some stuff from B&Q and my and my misses started out we got half way when Bang well sort of and lots of smoke at that moment I knew what it was so I settled the wife down and called the AA to get me home. At home the spanners came out and yes the tip of the glow plug had come out I really do not know where it has gone but who cares ,I put the new one in and all is good I have checked the radiator and it is not in there so that's ok.
