Freelander 1 central locking issue

Hello I have a freelander 1from 2006 and recently the central locking on my car stopped working.I changed the fuse which had blown but now it's stopped again The fob will set the alarm but won't lock any doors. It also won't let me open the tailgate, the window will drop an Inch but nothing. Is the tailgate lock stopping the central locking from working.

Worth pursuing the same question on the Freelander section for better results as this is for welcome only.

some very knowledgeable people on here and yes the freelander section will be of more help.
I have none functioning drinkers side central locking on mine, its just the lock needs replacing
