Hi, Just a quick query, just cleared the faults(again) on the air suspension, but still struggling to pump up. I know its a good pump 'cause it was new last year and I cannot trace any leaks on the bags anywhere..My soapy water test only showed bubbles coming out of the grey exhaust valve on the side of the block. Nothing anywhere else. Is this normal when the pump is running or tell me I have finally found the culprit..!!

You may have just found your leak, it should only exhaust from there after the pump turns off to give the pump a better start next time, have you followed Wammers test procedure for checking the system in the technical archive top left of the range rover home page.

Thanks Wammers and Brian, I will look up the parts and sounds like a day off work taking it all apart. Thanks again for your quick reply...

Hi All,
Well I've had a good day stripping and rebuilding the valve block with all new seals. Got it all put back in fine now, however.. even after clearing the faults with my RSW, the arse end is stuck up,in the air, but no faults showing on the screen or dash. Also cant change heights at all. Before I take all apart again, any ideas where to start looking.
cheers
