FM Radio not working but MW and CD work fine

can anyone help me as no sound output on fm but works fine on am and cd anyone come across this before im I looking at a new head unit if so is it possible to put a dab in 07 range rover sport

It's only a double DIN unit, easily swapped out for a much more modern Android powered unit with full connectivity using your phone for 4G access to the internet and the latest traffic and travel along with Spotify/Crapple/MP3 music sources as well as using the internet for radio if you like some international stations as well as the radio having DAB as standard.
