flip up rear seats for 110

Hi, I am in the process of buying my first landy and I live in New Zealand. It is a 95' 110. It currently does not have the bench seats in the cargo area, but I want to fit forward facing rear seats that flip up and store along the sides. Similar to the seats in a disco, only i want them to face forward rather than inward. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions?
