Flasher relay

Hi all, upgrading my 90 Td5 with LEDs. Have followed instructions to change the relay but there doesn’t appear to be a relay to change where it is supposed to be. Am I being a bit thick or is there some other place where the relay is? I have switched the indicators on and put finger on all the relay/switches in the fuse box but none of the feel the ‘ticking.
