They are a great deal for 3 ton stands
I already have some and I nearly clicked them

I have 2 tonne sets, then I had to think creatively about how I can use these as well......But I came up with an excuse..... Problem is that hte next one is the 200 pcs socket set again....

That set drives me nuts, I already have 2 1/2" sets a 3/8 and one of Halfords 1/4 and I'm getting the ratchet combination spanners this Christmas but it's just having evrithing in one convenient box........

I gave in..................I will treat it like an early Xmas to myself.

That looks like a good buy. I've got a smaller set, regretting not paying a bit more for the more comprehensive one. Black looks very smart, although I always assumed black was reserved for impact-rated sockets to avoid any confusion.

I have the chrome set, I know that altho the black does look cool , I would end up losing bits of it in dark and dingy corners or muddy floors.
Still a good price tho, iirc I paid £130 for it.

Definitely harder to find! I know the Halfords kits have been mentioned before, but they are good, the lifetime guarantee/replacement is the deal-clincher. Shame the sockets aren't flat-sided hex, but up til now it hasn't been an issue.

If you mean 6 sided hex rather than 12 points then I think a decent selection are. I will have to go check.:D

Picked it up today and it's an impressive bit of kit, it weighs a ton, and looks great in black. Know what you mean about loosing bits, but with it all in one box should be easy to notice any bits missing before you put it away, and I hope you can pick it up and take it out to the motor to work without all the back and forward trips to look for stuff in the garage.

It's worth replacing the crappy 'foam'
insert thingy with something a bit more robust. It lasts about 1 minute before falling to pieces, and it's necessary to stop the pieces moving about.
