Is there such a thing? I assume it's the best way to mount spots / led bars?

Or is the factory fitted fascia strong enough to give a stable mounting?

And thanks again... I dunt do LRO  but the other stuff I read /seen before posting (honest)

I was hoping for a Land Rover part that may have been more discrete... I must give the full on 'bull bar' a miss:)

do you mean mounting lights something like this

Traditional spots need solid mountings. These are best fitted to the bumper support iron (actually alloy). This is very sturdy and will keep the lights from wobbling when moving. A study bracket can be made from 3mm flat steel. Bent to fit the body in the required position.
LED lighting bars are different. They need to be mounted so they can't come off. But because of the diffused light they emit. Rigid mounting is unnecessary. A 24" bar will fit in the grille space on a facelift FL1 ;)

Bingo!

I like the idea of a discreet nudge bar, but if direct mounting will hold an LED unit steady enough then that will probably be more favourable.

My TD4 has one of these fitted.

They were on clearance at Rimmer's a while back. They are about as discreet as you can get.

LEDs need to be secure enough so they don't fall off. However really rigid mounting is unnecessary.
