Does anyone know the simplest way to fit some spots to my defender td5, can they be wired to the headlights?

if you search on ere theres a guide..as its been coverd a squillion times..
but no dont wire them direct to your headlights

You can wire them to your high beam with relays but its better to wire them seperatly.
