At some point I want to change the very uncomfortable 60/40 bench seats in the back of my 110 for the Classic Exmoor Trim high backs but you need the individual split seat frames which are tough to find and seem a tad difficult to fit (getting all the brackets etc...).

I was wondering if it would be possible to modify the "60" part of the seat frame to accommodate one high back seat and one standard low back seat. Using some kind of steel plate bolted/welded to the frame and drilled accordingly to fit the new seats?

Hi , there is some one that does a kit to replace the 60/40 bench seat in the back I think its Bearmach, have seen them on ebay but I think they were a few hundred pounds. I've just fitted high backs to my individual seat frames , what did you want a photo of ? Should be able to do it weld a strip across to fit the seat base then a plate on the side to fit the lock part might need a bit of strengthening.
cheers Ian

Sorry mate I've got individual ones so can't help you with that one , but any photos or measurements you want of the individual seat bases , backs or frames I can help you with.
Cheers Ian
