Fitting a TD5 tow bar

I want to fit a TD5 adjustable tie bar to my 300 TDi. I've just replaced my rear cross member with a pressbreak one and have removed the old brackets. I was originally just going to reuse them, however, I may as well use this opportunity to fit new brackets which would allow the fitting of a TD5 tow bar.

Does anyone know this part number or where I can obtain it. Has anyone done this.?!
