I can't comment on whether or not the pre and post facelift light clusters are the same shape and if the mounting screws are in the same place, but there is a bit more to it than just replacing the cluster lenses.
You're going to need the entire units, including the back part with the bulbholders on it. You're also going to need a pair of the bumper mounted units.
Ad to that you'll have a bit of wiring diverting to do as well as the others have said.
If the only reason to change the light custers is just cosmetic, why bother?
