Still have original bosal exhaust on my vw at 107,000 miles and 10 years-but 3-5 a fair bet

better off with full SS Fan?? keeping the motor forever this time.
Stainless not nice to work with compared to mild steel, I'd personally go for mild steel as cheap and easy.

for my 72 its £465 for full stainless including manifolds, seems cheap to me.

It won't be any louder I have got 3" full rimmer bros on me 90 3.9 and it ain't that loud. Really ain't worth wasting your time mine is de-cat and s/s manifold aswell. Not as loud as I would have liked :-(
