Problem-of the evoque cooling fan
-it can not functional of the high speed but middle speed is work ,how to solve it?

2.Anyone knows what is the water temperature can let the cooling fan to the high speed

Is this déjà vu ?
Take the car for a drive to warm it up and stop the car with the engine running the fan should come on if it is hot enough.
If the temp gauge isn't going into the red and the fan is turning then it could be doing its job efficiently.
If not have it checked out before you cook your engine.
