Engine Light On TDCi

I have a TDCi 90 , 2008.

I replaced the intercooler with an updated unit with new hoses as I found a split in one of them and decided to change the lot.
I also put in an ITG air filter.
After 2 hours of driving . The Engine Management Light appears.
The code is : P1103.
Is this due to the replacement parts taking the values out of range ?
(I have changed the MAF Sensor before I found the split as I thought that was the fault after cleaning it and nothing changed).

Could be.... P1103 = "Mass Airflow Sensor in Range But Higher Than Expected".

Seems on the 2.2TDCi the EGR on it's way out can cause this error.
