006-007 rear right sensor electrical failure 006 times

Keep getting this on nanocom, Ive disconected the sensor and get the same fault, tried the old sensor plugged in and get the same fault.

Would this suggest theres a fault between sensor connector and slabs ecu?

Noticed since, it comes up with same fault but for front left sensor but only 1 fault a time not both together making me think it could be a bad earth but i know **** about electrics

Forgot to mention, I noticed during the snow the abs still works parrently it aint s'pose to with the 3 amigo's on?

Im gonna take the sensors out clean the connectors and reseat em.... sea what happend, thanks for all the advice

Been back on the nanocom, You can get into the abs and see the voltages for each sensor.

2.21 and 2.22 for front right and rear left, There is no value shown for the front left and rear right, Just got to find out why now :(

Ive checked the earths in front of the airbox but cant see where the earths are in the passenger footwell.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone know what these 2 green wires are and should they conected somewhere? They are just beneath the slabs ecu passenger footwell.

The shuttle valve fault would show on nanocom so i dont think its that, Im gonna buy a multi meter today and check the sensors.

I now only get front left sensor electrical fault, the rear right electricl fault no long comes up.

Ive gone and bought a multimeter.

Theres output on the v setting but nothing on resistance on the front left, i also unplugged the front right sensor and got resistance, checked with nanocom and got the same fault after id unplugged front right 'front right sensor electrical failure so i supose thats saying there a break in the front left sensor somewhere?

you suposed well...replace the sensor if it's open circuit

that sensor is a simple magnet with a winding around and two wires, you can take a cheap one without fear, if it doesnt work you get your money back Front ABS Sensor Discovery 94-02 SSW500020 TAR100060G TAR100060 SSB500110 *NEW* | eBay , or you can go for genuine if you want ABS Sensor Front D2 (Wabco) TAR100060G Island 4x4 - Specialists in Land Rover and Range Rover Parts and accessories for all models. UK and worldwide mail order. ,

open circuit means that the wiring or winding is interrupted(open = resistance unlimited), closed circuit = resistance 0(short circuit)

Thanks for the link, I have to go with genuine after a brand new cheap sensor lasted 2 weeks before throwing up faults.

Changed the front left for a wabco part and now rear right has appeared again but at least the 3 out the 4 are showing a v value in nanocom, Disappointed in nanocom though only showing the one fault :(

Got another 25 mile round journey to go buy rear sensor.

Buy cheap buy twice
