Hold the pipe in your hand and somewhere within that radius there is going to be a connector that is missing a pipe, sorry but that is the best I can do as I have a Discovery without all that junk on it.
It's really not that hard mate, get out there with a jacket on, a torch and start looking for the connection.

Took egr off while at it and cleaned it
Was really caked up inside is that normal
