EAS problem - staying on full height.

Hi there,

I've been lurking on here for many years. I've got a 98 petrol 4.6 on air. Its staying up on full height and the top two lights are staying on. There's no fault on the dashboard. I can't hear the compressor, I assume its not coming on because its at full height? Anyway, your thoughts would be very appreciated.
Is this a sensor problem? Thanks ahead of time.
