p plate rr p 38 diesel auto 155,000 miles
Hi all
Last month I changed the seal and sleeve on the ole girl and hey ho suspension back working great again.
ive donne about 1800 miles since then and the compressors playing up again ,so I tried wammers eas check and decided to strip the compressor again. the seal was all there but the sleeve was badly grooved ,worse than the old one.
ive replaced the sleeve and seal on 3 other peoples rr and they seem to last for years so im hoping im doing it right.
I checked the conrod and bearing but they seem ok. I always replace the inlet filters.

anyone have any ideas please? or encountered similar problem and found a cure?

many thanks

Can really only be debris from somewhere . Make sure everything is immaculately clean when you build compressor.
