Early 90 CSW SWB rear dif oil seal

Hi all, I checked the rear diff oil on my landy after I spotted an oil leak on the diff where the prop is connected. It looks like an oil seal has gone there.
Is this likely to be the cause of the oil leak and if so is it an easy job to replace the seal?
