    the previous owner of my series 3 changed the handle on the overdrive leaver to look like a big metal c0ck, I know it vibrates then the engine is running, but could his wife not find anything smaller to use.

    Yeah one is for changing gear, one is for high and low range and the other is to engage the 4x4
