Hey all.
I'm hearing a vibration going through the disco both at idle and when on the move and does vary with rpm. Nothing on auxy belt pulleys of any concern but felling around it does feel like it's originating around the clutch housing. Anyone suffered the same symptoms of clutch or dfm failure. Spigot bush been whining for a while and does do it for longer now in the mornings. Anyone shed any light?

Cheers James, I did check all pulleys when looking for ACE system noise but wasn't looking for this issue at the time. I will check damper again tonight. Really frustrating as its up for sale and now just keeps on throwing things at me.

Well took belt off again today, all pulleys spot on including front damper, no play at all. Run engine with belt off and vibration is still there and definitely seems to be coming from around clutch area of casing. I also checked engine and gearbox mounts, all look good the engine mounts have around 10mm clearance. Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get the clutch opened. Spigot bush has been moaning in the mornings for ages so probably about time.

Unfortunately this sounds exactly like what I had happen to mine when I bought it recently, and it was the duel mass flywheel. Not the same issue but my lay shaft bearings in my gearbox had also dropped and that was put down to it being used like this by the previous owner for too long. So may be just worth checking your play there too once the box is out
