DSP amp issues

Hi I have a Range Rover vogue on an 04 plate (l322). After spending about £800 to replace all the audio equipment in the boot in April I now have the dreaded water in
The amp again causing the battery to drain. Before spending more money to replace the amp again is there a solution out there such as a cover for the amp which will stop this happening again?

JLR did a modification fix for this its a piece of plastic i kid you not
