OK...getting confused here. Am looking for a drop arm (complete) to fit my 1984 110. According to some sources, QFW000020 fits all early 'fenders. BUT...according to some sources, it only fits the 4 bolt steering box. I have the 3 bolt one. Others list this as being '87 onwards!
Can anyone confirm that QFW000020 is the right one for me? Please? While I still have some hair left??? :D

if you have puller put some force on it get large punch ie short half shaft ,wack it with large hammer preferably lump hammer on edge near shaft through wheel arch removing wheel makes it easier,it does work i allways get them off some take longer than others

Hi James,
If you hit the drop arm with half shaft is there a risk that the steering box will damage - bearings or something else ?
Need to change mine at the weekend, am soaking it daily with Plus Gas and hoping it will come off with my 2 leg puller, if not i,m tempted to do a buster special and grind the fecker off !
Thanks

My advice would be keep it on the vehicle, and then work it slowly - mine came off very easily indeed, possible due to the gallons of PSF that had been leaking over it recently!
