L322 Drivers seat upper movement

My 03 vogue has the ability to move the upper part of the drivers seat (tilt back and forward).

Yesterday, it would only go forwards (even when I pressed backwards) and now it is stuck in the forward most position (the seat is a banana shape).

Does anyone know what could be causing this, and how I might fix it?

Check the connections to the switch pack.....its location means it gets wet if the window is opened in rain and similarly each time you open and close the door in the rain too....That would be the first check....next would be to check the switches themselves for corrosion.
