Seems to be a well covered topic although I only found it after taking everything apart and now im abit stumped.
My drivers door would operate fine in everyway apart from the outer handle not working at all even if you held the lock pin up etc.
Even with the door trim off and doing the other rod by hand it would not open still
So ive got a picture of the lock assebley and it seems the big spring is ok but the smaller one is gone - would this cause the issue or do I need a new lock / latch ?
Im guessing the normal lock spring is the red one however the one ive got broken is the yellow one.
Anyone able to shed any light on this ?
