L322 Door Handles +

Hi All.

Can anyone advise how to paint the door handles?
Mine have warn slightly and I would like to repaint them in thier original dark grey.

Anyone know the paint colour/code ?

It's three years since I had mine, I thought it was a sort of rubberised paint on them?
If it was just a paint I'd go to local friendly paint trade factors and match it to the nearest colour swatch.
Saying that, most paints for cars are crap water based stuff, for handles I'd want them 2K (2 pack catalysed) base and clear, there is a company in Midlands called Jawel, they will send you 1/4 litre for £14 ish plus del. If you don't spray maybe a local bodyshop would do them cheapish for you.

Another avenue is Halfords, take a handle out and into the shop to see if you get a match.
2 cans (base and clear) for £15.

Alternatively there are companies making stick on covers in chrome effect and some colours. Try looking up Powerfuluk for them.

I'd imagine LR would want many sheckles for new ones.
