mmmmmmm repair mine or new door???what to do

had the same decision to make 6 months ago on the 110 - ended up repairing mine as a shiny new door just would have stood out to much and shown up the rest of the panels - bit of folded tin migged to the bottom of that door, fill it with waxoyl and away you go for another 10 years

beefing up the internal brace welds is also a good idea, every weld had split on mine

For me I would not **** about botching up your rear door and grab that new one. If you are spending time and money doing a good paint job with a new handle it will look great.
If you want the icing on the cake..... PM132 Rear Door Spare Wheel Carrier up to 2002MY - swings open with rear door
No risk of door sag oir drilling holes in the new one.
Dont forget to renew the lower rear door seal and that alloy strip that fixes it to the floor. Helps finish the job off and keeps water out.
I just like spending other peoples money! :) :D

i have me spare wheel inside..

your door is a million times better than mine!!
another thing to consider is when the brand new door doesn't fit right and you have to mess about with it. i say this as i swapped a wing once and i've never been happy with it as it has never fitted quite right.

personally for the sake of a bit of filler/liquid metal and an hours work i'd fix yours. but then i don't have any money!
