dont do this,sedimentor

kept puting off sorting fuel sedimentor out(200 disco)as bolts u/s, result broke down , had to blow all fuel lines through, drain tank & clean. Right pain in arse especialy as it was avoidable.
moral being do it today not tommorow cos tommorow never comes!!!!!!:doh:
 
Which bolt was u/s? The best way is to remove the bowl via the 11mm bolt at the top of the sedimentor rather than undoing the plastic drain plug at the bottom of the bowl.

That one rounded, and pipe conectors siezed! sedimentor bypassed for now . going to look for a glass bowl type to put under bonnet
 
Oh dear! Sounds like you have been having fun:eek: I've wondered about a glass one too, much easier to clean out if it's under the bonnet. Good luck.
