Do you need seat belts for mot

Hello series should be going for mot next week but i have no seat belts fitted eek, so does anybody know if you need seat belts for a 1978 series 3 109 truck cab for it to pass mot.

by rights it should fail......... depends on the tester but by rights anything made after 1965 should have front seatbelts

Only need drivers seat belt, but may get away without it.
All they will put is SEAT BELTS NOT TESTED AS NOT FITTED.

Even if it passes the MOT you are probably in breach of Road Traffic Regulations if you drive it on the road by not having seat belts.

so its gonna fail then, does any body know which inertia reel seat belts fit a truck cab series 3 ?
