3/4" drive torque wrench needed, shame you're so far away, we have one 
It is a real ball-breaker to get off, and if the splines are rusty you have another battle getting the shaft out of the hub, as I mentioned elsewhere on this forum.

32mm for nut 15mm for the 4 bolts holding hub, shaft will need a knock large copper hammer or soft metal punch , i use a large chisel to start hub removal then lever bars,take notice of which way cable clip secures to hub bolt and feed the new cable whilst connected to the hub through first before fitting hub, get nut very tight exact torque isnt necessary

Yes indeed no problem if you know what you are doing. But i prefer not to encourage people who obviously don't know what they are doing to get themselves in trouble.

a decent 1/2 inch breaker bar with a tube to lengthen it will do with hex socket,long reach are best to get
Got two decent breaker bars on 1/2" also a sawn off bike front forks stantion I used to use as a drift

Knowing how much it took to undo ours, I'd be careful getting too contorted while standing on the bar, our 3/4" breaker bar winced when it was undoing them. The 3/4" torque wrench is a Britool one about 4ft or more long.

I've done 5 now. Totally diy, done on the drive. Buy the proper tools ffs, they will come in useful again! All the adding pipes on the end of bars makes my wince (accident waiting to happen!) I bought a 1000Nm one off eBay £80. Saved 10 times that by doing them all myself.
You need;
Big torque wrench + 32mm socket
Big bearing puller (machine mart did a nice cheap set)
Need also brake disc retaining screws, new stake nut, thread lock and bond lock. Rest is just spanners!

might make you wince but it does work ,screw plus stake nut can be reused, ive done a fair few more than 5 and none has ever needed a puller, if anyone wants to put money towards a tool a decent 1/2 inch battery gun ,with which no bar is needed

Tutorial here http://www.discovery2.co.uk/fronthub.html When I did mine I broke a 1/2" drive breaker bar and torque wrench undoing the hub nut, borrowed a 3/4" socket set which did the job, I've now bought a set for myself. Agree with Disco DJ about the parts and tools to get. First side took a while to do, the second was easier.
My 1/2" kit was well up for the job.
3.5 hours only problem was the seal.
Had to use drive shaft to fit, then punch down around edge, and I buggered one (D2BC here I come)
Cable was pulled out slightly from sensor as it had got unplugged from hub in January but gaiter had tugged
