Hi,

I'm hoping to go pick up a trailer soon and I have a small problem. A mate of mine has been making up a new drop plate bit for my towbar, this means he has my original with towball attached. He's buggered off on holiday to somewhere nice and I can't get hold of him:rolleyes:

Does anyone in the Brum area have a drop plate with towball that I could potentially borrow to go collect this trailer. I'd borrow my dads but it's a 60 mile trip each way.

I'd happily leave a deposit and beers etc.

Cheers

can't help mate sorry, but a trip to your parents to collect the one from your dad is not the end of the world is it,plus you get to visit the parents.win win i'd say.:D:D

I don't mind a trip to Mum&Dads but the first destination for the trailer will be there so it's not like I'm not going to see them soon enough. Plus then having to drop it back off again means an extra 240 miles.

We'll see how it goes. I might have found another one to buy that I could use then either hand onto as a spare or sell on once I'm all sorted.

I have a mate heading up to see us on Sunday and he's collecting one for me on the way up.

I just have to hope it fits(should do).

Thank you for your help/offers.

Cheers
