I've decided to sell (or break) my R reg Discovery. The MOT is up in mid October and I'm not going to put it through as I've just bought another Discovery.

It's got reasonably high miles (222K) but the engine is very good and pulls well. The auto gearbox and the transfer box are also very good too.

Bad bits:
  • Cruise control doesn't work. Probably a vacuum pipe leak
  • Brake vacuum pump is leaking oil
  • Air con not tested as belt is missing
  • Rusty in all the usual places
  • Paintwork is not best and there is a fair bit of bubbling in some areas. Looks nice in the rain though
  • Drivers seat is a bit worn but hasn't collapsed
  • Auto dimming rear view mirror liquid has leaked
  • Heated windscreen doesn't work and is cracked, but not an MOT failure
  • Electric sunroofs front and rear
Good bits:
  • Alli Sport performance chip fitted. Could do with a larger intercooler though
  • Gearbox changes are smooth. Recent fluid change
  • Transfer box works as it should
  • Full leather interior
  • It's a Land Rover!
Obviously there are a lot of bad bits listed but that doesn't mean it's a complete scrapper. I just don't have the time to fix it up, and a recent bicep injury has made doing things a lot harder. It's my daily driver and due to lack of time and the injury I've just bought another Discovery.

So I'll either sell as a whole or I'll break it. No idea what it's worth (probably not a lot) so I'll start at a cheeky £800?
Located between Oxford and Witney. Can also be viewed in Didcot during the day, until I transfer to the other Discovery.
