Disco 1 Discovery 300tdi Heater Blower not working

Got heat homing out the vents, just the lights on the centre console for the heater are not working and nor is the blower fan.

I've recently cut out and welded in new inner arches and upper footwells, no cables are cut through, I made sure of that!! lol

I know that on the LHS footwell there is a bunch of relays and stuff that could be to do with the blower. I'm not sure. Correct me if I am wrong!

What else can I check?

The heater control is illuminated by a single bulb, remove the control knobs and u will see the plate retaining screws, remove and you will have access to enable u to check the bulb.
There is a relay for the front heater blower behind the passenger side kick panel.

Thanks discool, I will have a look. Going to steal a few relays from my Dad's discovery to try and pinpoint the problem. Can't seem to find anything which says what relay is what.

Is the black earth wire been undone i had my iner wings done but no blower the black earth not reconected just a idea
