Discovery 3 intermittent Overheating

Hi all. My Discovery 3 has an intermittent overheating issue. Starts and drives great. I can drive 200+ miles without a hitch, then another journey it will overheat and chuck the water out (when revs are up). Already checked; thermostat, fan belt, rad cap, viscous fan. No visible leaks anywhere. Any ideas people?
