Discovery 2td5 help

Hi
I need to pick some brains on here;
I've got a 1999 D2 Td5 and she isn't behaving.
In the morning she's a bugger to start, when running she then goes well until she's stopped. Then starts well but hesitates when accelerating between 1000 and 1800 revs.
Now she has had new injector harness, maf filter, glow plugs. New fuel, air and oil filters. There's no oil at the red plug.
She is starting to **** me off. HELP

Have you had diagnostics on it?
MAF filter?
